Mission Statement

H.A.T. Day Mission Statement

H.A.T. Day, founded by Evangelist Aricca Fulbright, exists to empower, uplift, and unite women through the transforming power of testimony. Rooted in Revelation 12:11, “We are overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.” H.A.T. Day serves as a sacred gathering where women from all walks of life come together to share their journeys of faith, forgiveness, healing, and restoration.

What began in 2004 in a small living room in Fullerton, California, has now grown into a powerful annual event dedicated to celebrating Her Amazing Testimony. Each year, women gather in fellowship to share their own personal stories, strengthen their faith, and encourage one another through worship, prayer, and the Word of God. H.A.T. Day focuses on fostering sisterhood, empowerment, and spiritual growth, reminding every woman that she is not alone in her struggles and that her story carries divine purpose.

As part of this annual experience, Evangelist Aricca invites each woman in attendance to reflect deeply and prayerfully on three sets of life-shaping questions designed to align the heart, mind, and spirit with God’s divine purpose:

  •  Past: What are three things you learned last year?
  •  Present: What are three things you are proud of this year?
  •  Future: What are your three goals this coming year?

Through Evangelist Aricca’s own powerful testimony of triumph over tragedy, illness, and loss, H.A.T. Day inspires women to transform their pain into purpose and to wear their “hats” as crowns of victory—symbols of resilience and God’s faithfulness.

Our mission is to reach beyond the four walls of the traditional church, extending the love of Christ to the lost, the broken, and the unlearned, and to remind every woman that her testimony has the power to heal, restore, and set others free through Jesus Christ.
